Password reset guideline
BSM can reset/create learning portal ID for tellers and for the staff reporting directly to him/her. Please follow the steps bellow.
Step 1: BSM will login to learning portal using his/her own ID.
Step 2: Click on My Staff Training.
Step 3 : Click on Reset/Create Login for the required employee.
